Many people think that eating your typical junk foods cause acne. This is not the case and most acne is caused through hormones and it is also hereditary. Finding a good acne treatment is a great idea but we can help this condition with improving our diets. When you have acne, it can be hard to talk to girls. You might worry they’re making fun of you, calling you names, or that they just won?t think you?re attractive. But, really, you should think more deeply and give girls the benefit of the doubt, too. They might be more willing than you think to see beyond the pimples – to see the real you underneath your acne.

First, it?s important to be outgoing. If you have pimples and you?re shy and you don?t ever talk to girls, it will be hard to get a girl to like you. Be sure to smile, be friendly and be complimentary. That doesn?t mean you are fake, but give real and honest compliments whenever you can (girls especially like to be complimented on their hair and clothes).

Talk to girls as if you are the most handsome kid in school. That doesn?t mean you should be arrogant, because that?s sure to turn off girls, but you should be confident. Boys with pimples can still be handsome, so don?t walk around with a chip on your shoulder thinking that pimples automatically make you unattractive to the opposite sex. But instead walk and act like you have confidence. If you are secure about who you are and what you have to offer, girls will notice.

Don?t be afraid to put yourself out there. When you?re at a dance, ask a girl you like to dance. She might say no, but she might say yes. You won?t know until you ask. Ask if you can sit at her table at lunch. Sometimes you just need to take that chance to change your entire life. Life is very often a matter of making choices and taking chances.

Stay away from the mean girls, even if you think you like one. Those girls, who are often influenced by their friends and don?t make good decisions for themselves, will only make you feel bad about yourself.

Now, there are some things you can do to make yourself more attractive to girls. Wear nice clothes and make sure they fit right. Give off the impression that you care about how you look because other people will find you more attractive when you act attractive (and attractive people take care with their appearance).

Take care of your skin. Don?t assume that acne is a death sentence for your skin and you?ll just have to wait until your skin outgrows it. In fact, you can do much for your skin now. You can cleanse it correctly and provide it with the proper nutrition that it needs. You can see a dermatologist if that would help and you can make sure you that you do all you can to prevent more acne in the future.

Getting girls to like you has a little bit to do with looks, but a lot more to do with how you present yourself to girls, your personality and your willingness to put yourself out there. Acne is something that will pass with time whereas the first impression you can make on a girl can last forever.
